Rajul Textile runs a fully integrated manufacturing unit in Jaipur — every stage of a garment’s life, from fabric to packing, happens under one roof. This is what lets us hold quality and turn an order around without losing the hand-finished character of the work.

From fabric to finished piece

• Office building. The administrative heart of the unit, where orders and dispatch are coordinated.
• Showroom. The full collection, displayed for buyers and wholesale partners.
• Fully integrated system. Every production stage in-house, end to end.
• Merchandising team. Develops each season’s range and manages buyer requirements.
• Fabric checking. Every roll inspected for weave, colour, and flaws before cutting.
• Cutting unit. Precision cutting to pattern, minimising waste.
• Stitching. Skilled tailors assembling each garment.
• Embroidery. Hand and machine embroidery, including our own Bagru block-print tradition.
• Finishing unit. Trimming, detailing, and final assembly.
• Iron. Pressing and shaping each piece.
• Quality checking. A final inspection of every garment before it is packed.
• Packing. Careful packing for wholesale and export dispatch.
