Rajul Textile supplies women’s and kids’ apparel to wholesale and export buyers. The following applies to dispatch and returns on trade orders.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched from our manufacturing unit in Jaipur once production and quality checking are complete and payment terms are met. Lead times depend on order size and are confirmed at the time of order.

Shipping

We ship domestically across India and handle export consignments. Freight, courier, and logistics charges are quoted per order based on destination, weight, and volume. Buyers are responsible for any import duties or taxes in the destination country.

Inspection

Every garment passes through our quality-checking line before packing. Buyers should inspect goods on receipt and report any discrepancy within 7 days of delivery.

Returns and replacements

As a manufacturer of made-to-order and wholesale lots, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Where a genuine manufacturing defect is identified and reported within the inspection window, we will arrange a replacement or credit for the affected pieces.
